Rubber Specialties is fully equipped to develop and produce custom designed rubber to your specifications. We have three rubber mills for mixing rubber compounds and a precision pre-former for efficient loading of compression molds. Our injection and compression presses range in size up to 400 tons, and our cryogenic deflashing equipment finishes your product before delivery.

Our in-house lab has its own mill, press, and testing equipment enabling us to design and test the best rubber material for your application. Our CAD system allows us to assist you with the print specifications for your parts.

Each production employee plays a part in quality control at Rubber Specialties. Since employee turnover has historically been low, Rubber Specialties has been able to maintain good quality control with experienced molders who know how each job should be run. Each batch of rubber material produced is tested before being released for the molding process. Records of these tests are maintained for three years, and are available for customer inspection. Quality control is also maintained by scheduled inspections during the molding process, and a final inspection before shipment.
